HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AN ORDER?

Orders are normally processed in 1-2 business days but as we are only human this may occasionally take longer if we are busy or have to contact you regarding your order. Once your order is placed, magical computer wizardry will automatically notify you via the email you provided with your order.

AND SHIPPING?

We want you to get you wearing UNDIVIDED as soon as possible but that depends on a few things like where you live or restriction outside of our control. 

We are based in Sydney, Australia and typically shipping takes between 2-5 business days domestically and between 10-20 business days internationally.

As we are also subjected to conditions implemented by our government due to COVID-19, in some cases this may take longer and unfortunately because of that we are unable to provide accurate delivery times but you will be able to track your order using the tracking details provided with your order

COSTS?

Free!! Well, in some cases anyway, Like if you live in Australia and for other INTERNATIONAL regions we offer a competitive flat rate. In all other cases shipping is calculated at checkout

CAN YOU COME GET IT?

Unfortunately, as much as we like you to have our Stuff asap, we do not at this time offer local pickup.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

the good news is we don’t deal in death, bad news is that you maybe subjected to taxes or duties or both at the country of destination. Be sure to check before placing an order

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@undividedinc.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
